An eight-year old girl has lost her arm after two men allegedly attacked her with a sharp weapon soon after she arrived in Patna.
She along with her parents came to Patna from Darbhanga to seek help from the Bihar director general of Police to find their son.
The victim was a witness to her four-year old brother's kidnapping in May. Her father said the girl was attacked by the same men Bobby Khan and Bashir Khan, who had kidnapped his son in May.
However, police produced an eyewitness who claimed that the girl had severely injured her arm after falling on the railway track while the family was getting down from the train.
The girl is admitted to Patna Medical college and Hospital, where her right arm was amputated to save her life.
