A Dallas man, Larry Hawkins, 35, is in custody after police say he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl Sunday.
He was arrested after police found him and the girl about 6:45 p.m. behind a trash bin.
Police was informed by a witness who said two people were having sex behind a Dumpster. There they observed Hawkins, who had his pants down, and the 13-year-old.
When police interviewed the girl, she said Hawkins promised her marijuana if she would go behind the Dumpster with him. When she did, Hawkins pulled down his pants and grabbed her, saying, “It’ll only take five minutes” and telling her to “get on your knees.”
She told police that Hawkins forced her to perform oral sex.
After changing his story several times Hawkins admits that the girl performed the sex act in exchangefor drugs.
