Girl molested by policemen, later gangraped by 3 youths, thrown outside Delhi station

A minor girl in Vijaynagar, Ghaziabad, who had gone out with her boyfriend was first molested by policemen and later she was abducted by two youths in a car and gangraped, before she was thrown outside the Old Delhi railway station.

When the parents of the girl approached the police, they showed reluctance in filing FIR, but after the intervention of Superintendent of Police the complaint was filed.   

Even 24 hours after the incident, no medical checkup of the victim was done, nor any action taken against the policemen who molested the victim. 

Police said that the victim has given three different statements, and that's why they were reluctant to act. 

According to the complaint, two policemen caught hold of the girl and her boyfriend, shooed away the boy and then molested the girl.

Soon after, two youths in a car abducted her and took her to a house where they brought in a third man and gangraped her the whole night.

After that they drugged her and threw her outside the Old Delhi railway station.
