Police arrested Suma (24) and her mother Kumari (46). Police found the body of the baby wrapped in black cloth near Suma's house.
The post-mortem report suggested that the baby was burnt soon after it was born and was then buried when he was still alive.
Police is investigating the matter and interrogating the mother-daughter for the exact reason behind such a heinous act.
